Third-party features (such as rewarded-ad networks) operate under their own privacy policies and consent mechanisms. The game, characters, artwork, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You retain ownership of the content you create in social features (such as messages you send); you grant us a license to process that content as needed to operate the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be posted with a new date.
